Klow 80mg(Blend)

The peptide will be provided as lyophilized powder to ensure maximum stability.
Klow is a blend comprising TB-500, BPC-157, KPV, and GHK CU. TB-500 modulates actin dynamics to promote cell migration, angiogenesis, and collagen synthesis, supporting connective tissue regeneration; BPC-157 upregulates relevant factor expression, enhances angiogenesis and fibroblast activity, repairs multiple tissues, and provides cellular protection; KPV suppresses pro-inflammatory factors, reduces inflammation, and promotes mucosal repair; GHK-Cu stimulates collagen production, regulates inflammation and antioxidant activity, and supports tissue repair. The four peptides complement each other: TB-500 and BPC-157 provide migration-angiogenesis-matrix templating, KPV blocks inflammatory negative feedback, while GHK-Cu stabilizes collagen cross-linking and scavenges free radicals. This forms an “anti-inflammatory-migration-regeneration-remodeling” closed loop, enabling Klow to significantly accelerate repair, reduce scarring, and restore function in soft tissue injuries, postoperative healing, skin aging, and mucosal ulcers.

    KLOW Blend 80mg — Multi-Peptide Research Formulation (GHK-Cu + KPV + BPC-157 + TB-500)

    KLOW is a four-peptide research blend combining four well-characterized peptides into a single lyophilized formulation: GHK-Cu (50mg), KPV (10mg), BPC-157 (10mg), and TB-500 (10mg) — 80mg total per vial.

    The formulation builds on the popular three-peptide combination of GHK-Cu, BPC-157, and TB-500 by adding KPV, an α-MSH-derived tripeptide fragment studied for its anti-inflammatory properties. The four components are selected for their complementary research profiles spanning tissue remodeling, inflammation modulation, cell migration, and cytoprotection.

    Each vial contains 80mg total peptide content, supplied as a sterile lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder to ensure maximum stability and long-term storage integrity.

    ▎Component Research Highlights

    • GHK-Cu: A naturally occurring copper-binding tripeptide whose levels decline with age; extensively studied for its role in tissue remodeling, collagen and glycosaminoglycan synthesis, and wound repair research.
    • KPV: The C-terminal tripeptide fragment of α-MSH with documented anti-inflammatory activity in published research, acting through pathways distinct from the full melanocortin peptide.
    • BPC-157: A pentadecapeptide with a substantial preclinical literature covering cytoprotective and tissue-repair-related effects in tendon, ligament, muscle, and gastrointestinal models.
    • TB-500: A thymosin beta-4-derived fragment involved in actin sequestration and cell migration — key processes in tissue repair and regeneration research.
    • Complementary Design: The blend pairs structural repair components (BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu) with an inflammation-modulating component (KPV), supporting comprehensive investigation of coordinated repair pathways.

    ▎Mechanism of Action (Summary by Component)

    • GHK-Cu: modulates gene expression related to tissue remodeling, stimulates extracellular matrix synthesis, and exhibits antioxidant activity in research models;
    • KPV: exerts anti-inflammatory effects through melanocortin receptor-related and intracellular signaling pathways;
    • BPC-157: investigated for cytoprotective signaling, angiogenesis-related pathways, and growth factor regulation in repair models;
    • TB-500: regulates actin dynamics and promotes cell migration, processes fundamental to tissue repair.

    ▎Storage & Handling

    Lyophilized Powder Store at −20°C, dry and protected from light. Under these conditions the blend is stable for up to 24 months.
    After Reconstitution Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water or appropriate solvent. Reconstituted solutions should be stored at 2–8°C and used promptly. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
    Handling Notes Centrifuge briefly before opening to recover all contents. Handle with standard laboratory protective equipment. Note: GHK-Cu-containing blends may show a light blue tint after reconstitution, which is normal for copper peptides.

    Quality Assurance

    Each component of the KLOW blend is individually verified by HPLC for purity and Mass Spectrometry for molecular weight confirmation prior to blending. A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is provided with each order, and independent third-party testing reports are available upon request.
