Product Overview
KLOW 80 is a four-component research peptide blend containing 80mg of total net peptide in a single lyophilized vial. It brings together four of the most widely studied repair and recovery peptides — GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV — at fixed ratios, so a research model can be exposed to all four compounds at once without the variability of reconstituting four separate vials.
Each component acts through a distinct pathway: GHK-Cu drives collagen-related remodeling and gene-expression signaling; the BPC-157 / TB-500 pairing covers angiogenesis and cell migration; and KPV adds an explicit anti-inflammatory dimension via the NF-κB pathway. This multi-pathway design is what distinguishes KLOW from simpler two- or three-compound repair blends.
The powder appears white to off-white with a slight blue tint contributed by the copper content of GHK-Cu, and dissolves readily in water.

1. GHK-Cu — 50mg (Copper Peptide)
Glycyl-L-Histidyl-L-Lysine bound to a copper(II) ion, a naturally occurring tripeptide first isolated from human plasma in 1973. The largest component by mass and the backbone of the blend, studied for collagen synthesis, fibroblast activity and regulation of matrix metalloproteinases. Gene-expression research has associated GHK-Cu with the modulation of thousands of genes tied to tissue remodeling and the inflammatory response.
2. BPC-157 — 10mg (Body Protection Compound)
A 15-amino-acid peptide originally identified as a partial sequence of a protein found in human gastric juice. One of the most extensively studied compounds in angiogenesis and wound-healing research, with models focusing on tendon-to-bone healing, new blood-vessel formation and gastrointestinal tissue repair.
3. TB-500 — 10mg (Thymosin Beta-4 Fragment)
The biologically active fragment of thymosin beta-4, a protein present in most animal cells. Research focuses on its role in actin regulation, cell migration and the promotion of new blood-vessel formation. Frequently studied alongside BPC-157 because the two act through complementary tissue-repair pathways rather than the same one.
4. KPV — 10mg (Alpha-MSH C-Terminal Tripeptide)
A tripeptide of lysine, proline and valine derived from the C-terminal region of alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone (alpha-MSH). Studied for anti-inflammatory activity, particularly through modulation of the NF-κB signaling pathway. KPV is the component that distinguishes KLOW from the three-compound GLOW blend.

💧 Add bacteriostatic water slowly down the side of the vial — never inject directly onto the powder. 🌀 Swirl the vial gently until fully dissolved; do not shake, to protect peptide integrity. 📐 Because KLOW is a fixed-ratio blend, the reconstitution volume you choose sets the concentration of all four peptides proportionally (GHK-Cu ≈ 62.5%, BPC-157 / TB-500 / KPV ≈ 12.5% each of any given amount). 🧊 Once reconstituted, keep refrigerated and use within your laboratory's validated stability window; lyophilized (unreconstituted) vials stored cold or frozen have a substantially longer shelf life. Quality Assurance
✔ Each component is verified for identity and purity individually — not just total mass — via lot-specific Certificate of Analysis (HPLC purity + mass-spectrometry identity confirmation).
✔ Third-party batch documentation (component mass, identity and endotoxin testing) available upon request.
